Massive difference in a year! Went from following Slimming World religiously to taking account of my Macros and doing strength training 3-4 days a week and here's the result... skinny to strong! Left picture a year ago others today

Definitely Gary and Jessica, I can also see a massive difference in my hips, legs and back. Just nice to be muscular and defined rather than saggy skin everywhere! I've even got the starts of some abs showing through which I'll show when the pictures come back :)

@Dave10 I was seriously mentally ill in the first picture, obsessed with getting smaller and that size 4 dress was hanging off of me. I'm now a healthier weight and not so saggy from loose skin.
@shannellena I believe I am 5ft 5 based on the boots scales last time I tried them
