I got a new bike. I think I can already feel the pounds sliding off. I rode into DC the other day. It was great. My butt hurts though. LOL!

you might look into finding a stationary bikes seat..and interchanging it with yours to make it more comfy as the seats on a stationary bike are made bigger for more comfort....just a thought..

Great job on the 1 lb loss! Sounds like Motivation came with your new bike....I could use both of those..LOL I recovered my bike out of a pond almost 12 years ago...I enjoy biking!!! I can't think about bikes until our snow melts we are getting 4 inches today...Crazy! Go Navigators Go!!!
