Day 3 and I am still going strong....I have started working out more during the week and feel pretty good. I am starting to get really bad headaches, but I guess that is normal. One question I have is the fact that I am only on day 3 and I seem to be hungrier then before. I have never been a big eater(just didn't eat the proper foods), but since I started this I find myself hungry more often is that normal? I try to just satisfy my hunger with some fruit or veggies, but that doesn't seem to help much. I eat 5x's a day like I am suppose to, but I don't want to eat too much. I have not steped on a scale, although I would like too, I think it will be more rewarding if I wait, but how do I eat enough with out feeling like I am eating too much?

You may not be eating enough protein. Are you eating the egg whites and beans? Maybe your just not eating enough. That sounds weird, I know, that you need to eat MORE on a diet. Could it be that your 5 meals are too small? Or, maybe your feeling hungry because your body is craving all that healthy stuff. Tweek your menu a bit & see what happens. The first 3 days for me were hard, and my stomach was not in a happy place, but it got better and I know it will get better for you. Hang in there & keep us posted!

I found it very helpful to eat my oatmeal/rice in half portions and at four meals a day. I could figure out a way to get oatmeal or rice in at all but my last snack. Also make sure you're eating the protein, as nicoandy said. It may be possible that you are craving fat, especially if you were eating a lot of high fat foods prior to this. When I don't feel full, I try and eat a raw veggie or fruit between meals. Keep going with this, I'm positive you can do it.

Thanks for the advice....I ate beans and egg whites yesterday after posting and it helped A LOT!! I am still pushing myself because I know I can do this, it is easy also when you have someone to talk to that knows what you are going through. Thanks for all the encouragement!
