Oh my goodness, what a cow. Haven't logged on since March; 6 months. : O Well, with the mild winter(not much shoveling) and then the season from HELL; this summer. I have managed to reach 175 lbs. DAH ! So, now that it's normal weather, it's back to walking again. Did some walking this summer, in that 90 degree heat and alot of good it did. I would walk almost 3 miles in one day and watch what I ate for the week and not lose anything. Sometimes gain. Soooooooooooo. I stopped. Would do, necessary walking and some grass-cutting(with the heat, even the grass stopped growing). : ( Being half Italian and over 50, probably doesn't help any. Today, did eat alot. Some yogurts, OJ, then went for some salad first and then some thin crust pizza. One mini bite Nestles. Think that was it??????? Will see????? Hey Miss Vicki if you read this. ; )
