Starting to log my food on here again.

I don't want to accidentally eat too much and then wonder why I gained weight! :-)

So I'm back to tracking, trying to stay between 1350 and 1650 calories, depending on my hunger levels that day.

Here's the plan for today:

breakfast- Smuckers Uncrustables PB&J (my new favorite vegan junk food breakfast! These are seriously delicious and not too unhealthy. Just peanut butter, jelly, and white bread to satisfy my need for a sweet, soft, quick breakfast); banana

lunch- 1/2 Amy's roasted vegetable pizza (ate one half last night, which is a victory itself not eating the whole thing at once!), big salad

dinner- 1/2 cup cooked pearled barley; 1/4 cup white beans; steamed zucchini and yellow squash

snacks- homemade guacamole (avacado, red onion, garlic, lime juice), 2 wasa crackers; airpopped popcorn with EVOO

exercise: 90 minutes total- 30 minutes Curves circuit training; 60 minutes Nordic Track cardio (while watching my Buffy DVDs, because I'm awesome like that!)

Tracking food is very important to me. I do it most days. My only exception is "off" days ... like vacation or going out to kick up my heels!!

You know, i have never tried the nordic rtrack, but I always wanted to buy one once i get a house. Is it worth it??

The original nordic track "ski machine" thing isn't but look into their home ellipticals, I have one and I love it and use it every day.

I'm not sure whether or not it's worth the cost. I am using the one that my parents bought in the mid 90's (during the peak of the skier's popularity) and had been sitting in their garage for years. When my Gazelle broke (RIP, I love the Gazelle) I asked for their old nordic track. So far, it's killing me! I feel it in every muscle in my legs.

I think that came out wrong, it's not that it isn't worth it, for the price though I personally prefer the elliptical. Just wanted to clarify that it wasn't meant to be a negative comment or a put down! :)
