Overnight pumpkin oatmeal🍁❤️🎃 one of my favourite breakfast!!!

1767 kcal Fat: 74.38g | Prot: 55.12g | Carb: 237.13g.   Breakfast: Banan, Syrop Klonowy, Zwykły Jogurt, Imbir, Mleko Migdałowe, Cynamon, Płatki Owsiane, Gałka Muszkatołowa, Dynia. Lunch: Chleb z Rodzynkami, Zupa Krem z Dyni, Chleb Żytni, Młode Marchewki. Dinner: Jajko Gotowane, President Camembert Soft-Ripened Cheese. Snacks/Other: Barszcz Czerwony, Wafle, Jabłko, Jajko Gotowane, Awokado. more...

1/3cup oats 1/3 cup pumpkin puree 1/3cup almond milk 1tsp chia seeds 1/2tsp ground cinnamon 1/4 ground nutmeg 1tbsp maple syrup 1tbsp natural yoghurt -every ingredient except oats mix in a blend, put the oats in a bowl then add mousse from blender. Mix and put in the fridge for night. Just add toppings in the morning❤️
