DAY 299..ANOTHER WONDERFUL DAY!!!! another breezy morning outside again 33, 26 wind chill..gettin ready for breakfast and then about 6am gonna go for my morning walk..the rain has quit for a few hours..but suppose to start bck up later today..i havnt been walkin in 2-3 days and just need to get out and clear my mind...havent lost any weight in about 3 weeks now..and im thinkin i got my calorie intake down to far..so yesterday and for the next week or so im gonna try an get my calorie intake up to like 1400-1500 to see if that helps..you dont kno how hard it is for me to eat that much, since ive been watchin everything i eat, tryin to get it down as low as i could ...but i kno i have to do something to get my weight to start moving again...i watched make me thin last night on tlc..already in reruns..lol..good show and it makes sense...was on emotional eating last night...next week is on cravings..hopefully it will be on when im still awake...alot of good information, stuff most people already kno, but have just forgot or dont use in there daily routine..well need to eat breakfast so i can get my layers on an go for a morning walk...changed some of my mini goals..tryin to tweak some new ones i added...gotta keep changing them so i keep improving....


MINI GOALS TO FOCUS ON !!!!
1. GET THE CALORIE INTAKE UP TO 1400-1500!!!!
2. CUT OUT THE PROCESSED FOOD (MORE SALT IN IT)!!!!
3. CHANGE THE NEGATIVE TO POSITIVE!!!!
4. LOOK AT YOUR SUCCESS, FROM WHEN YOU FIRST STARTED..
5. PUSH THE WORKOUTS!!!
6. DO A MORNING WORKOUT, AND AN AFTERNOON WORKOUTS, TO KEEP THE METABOLISM WORKING ALL DAY!!!
7. WATER, WATER, WATER, GET YOUR DAILY WATER INTAKE!!!!!
8. USE FS FOOD JOURNAL, LET THE NUMBERS KEEP BETTER TRACK OF YOUR EATING HABITS!!

You are doing GREAT! My chart is not moving like I think it should - but I can definitely tell I am losing inches - building muscle and toning up - I have a feeling that is what is going on with you as well - You have adopted a healthier lifestyle - and when I see all the exercise you are doing and the healthy food you are eating - I know you are taking positive action to improve your overall health. I think you are on to something with increasing the calories to a more reasonable level - you are burning so many each day with all your activity. Keep on moving forward my friend. Dnag that's too cold for me! I am freezing and it's 55 and raining out. I guess I will not complain because it has been like spring weather all week! I am looking forward to the new episode of make me thin, it is on tommorow, I think it is about metabolism. Good goals, you are really doing awesome at keeping your positive attitude and staying realistic!

lol lotus my layers consist of ..2 pairs of sweat pants, 2 hooded jackets, one long sleeve shirt, one short sleeve sweatshirt, a ski mask, gloves, and a hankerchief under ski mask to keep cold air outta my lungs..and when i get bck home from a moring walk, the tshirt i wear under it all..is always soakin wet..just like it should be...so im never cold when i go for my walks, as long as i wear enough to begin my walk with..and ive walked enough, that i pretty well kno if its ok to take a layer off...lol...but i am ready for the nicer weather just like eveyone else..will feel odd not wearing 2 layers to go for a morning walk...

LOL you must feel like an embalmed mummy in all those layers..what if you have to use the bathroom! LOL that would be my fear..:)

my biggest problm is regardless of how many times i blow my nose before i go walking, when i leave the house my nose will be dry, but usually have way around it starts runnin like a river..and with all the layers covering my head all i can do is sniffle...lol
