I love that FS has to send me a reminder email that I haven't lost any weight since my last weigh-in (as if my scale wasn't enough). I honestly think being angry must burn more calories than usual b/c I've been hungrier than usual today. That in & of itself hasn't improved my mood today, so I've given in a bit by way of peanut butter. It's not the bread or crackers or pasta that I want, granted crackers or movie theater popcorn has sounded good all day, I've at least commited to not completely derailing myself. Having a huge 40oz mug of black tea helps too (I love my black tea & I'm so happy to have it again!). The down side of that is that I haven't even finished my first 40oz water, which means I've got alot of water chugging to do soon.

As much as I really can't even think of doing it, I'll probably get in my 100 mins of jogging/marching/stepping in place tonight. It may be the only way I can get rid of this negative energy I'm harboring inside. But for now I'm going back to bed to watch more episodes of Criminal Minds & maybe some Bones (depends on if I feel like accepting some light-hardedness into my day).

I can definitely relate! For me, being angry at the scale gives me more power! LOL Keep it up, the scale will be going down soon! Just relax and find something that puts you at ease =)

That's what I've been trying to do. Had my last tbsp of PB. I cannot believe I've eaten 6 tbsp of PB today!! And I figured out why I've been hungry; haven't been drinking my water (Yes, my GENIUS is showing!). Figured all this out just before I licked the spoon clean. That being said, I'm guzzling my 2nd 40oz now before I will allow myself to eat dinner. I WILL get 120oz of water in!! Oye, I so don't want to know what news the scale will bring my manana!!

You are ages ahead of me when it comes to daily water consumption. I'm lucky if I get 32oz in. So kudos to you. And I agree with Smash84, get angry at that scale and next time, show him (or her) who's boss!

I hate those reminder emails! I think they're rude. They make me mad too.

Windrider - Thnx, I'll have to check it out. SashaFierce - Yeah, I don't usually have a problem w/ water. At the very least I'll get in 40oz a day but I also changed the things I drink back in 2003. I stopped drinking soda cold turkey & went to flavored teas, then on to unflavored tea but lightly sweetened & this is when I added water in. It's a major transition for most but it was one I was ready to make. Now if I get less than 40oz/day my kidneys hurt a bit, feels like the beginning of a UTI . . . my body is now a water fiend, lol. Just keep on chugging. Another thing that helped me was powdered Propel drink packets (Crystal Light makes me sick). Propel is low calorie, low sugar & it was really east to drink it extremely watered down so that it was a hint of flavor in my water. I did get my 120oz in yesterday so I definitely felt good about that ; )

I agree they are rude "at this rate it will take you 3 months to reach your goal." Yeah that's what I need to hear after I stuffed my face! Who writes that crap...anyways great job on the water and keep on stepping so can do your 100 mins. Hugs! Felita

Lol, thnx Felita! Yeah, it's annoying. I checked to see if I could stop it but then it'd stop all email notifications. Unlike FB, I can't just say, I want these email notifications & not those. Lol. But I won't let it get me down. I told myself today I can't afford to have days like yesterday. They take too much energy & nothing gets done. But I got my 100 mins in & I feel GREAT today!
