Yup mostly fruit and "healthy carbs" did this rice, Dave's killer bread, Greek yogurt, and a sweet potato that day. Green banana and some other fruit I think.. I'd have to look again. I feel great, I went to the gym this am and killed it. Accidentally did trap bar deads with 345 5x instead of my normal 315. Blasted my biceps also...
