Trying to stay motivated... can't manage to wake myself up earlier to get my workout in so i have to fit it in after work. Grr.. going to keep trying for the mornings though

The hardest part of working out in morning is waking up... I used to work out at 5AM (a long time ago) and for the rest of the day I felt really energetic and awake... But I know its hard waking up in morning...
