interesting... 2 days ago I ate my dinner actually at lunch time and my treats at evening. I was full pretty much. and lost 500g. yesterday I ate same food but at lunch my treats and at dinner actual dinner. today I lost only 100g. I like the way with lunch and snack for dinner. will try it today. OMAD 18/6.
