Yeah it’s a the Kind mini bar. It’s good but not that good. Mini snickers are 80 kcals.

That is the truth— most “protein bars”, “health bars” are glorified candy bars. Just remember to read the labels.

Fat free chocolate milk is a decent post workout recovery drink if it is taken within an hour or so of your workout. It helps restore glycogen to the muscles and it tastes good. The coach who helped me with training a young friend for doing marathons suggested it.

That’s my kind of long term diet, candy bars and chocolate milk! I’m going to be massive in no time😂🤣. I think I might actually try the chocolate milk, I like these little experiments plus I don’t think I could hurt if I’m in the gym 6 days a week. Moutain Dew as a pre-work out tell me how that goes. It can’t be worse than drinking that C4 or any other pre workout.
