My scale has been at a standstill for the past week and I thought I my modivation would be shot. Then after reading some other journals I decided to take my measurements. This week I've lost another 1.5 inches! ITs been off my chest, thighs, and hips. I've very much excited. My best friend is 1/2 shorter than me but for us to share a size 4, I need to be around 132 and she needs to be around 122. I understand that I can't be under 130 and be healthy. After hitting 150 I had that in my mind. Now that I'm closer to a realistic goal weight abd my clothes are fitting better...I'm not too concerned about what my stupid scale says (not completely...sorry scale dont go up!)

I haven't been eating enough veggies...so that needs to change.

I have been trying the crunches=calories but I need to really get after it and not forget to finish.

I havent been doing my push up challenge. Seeing how the dress I want to wear for the wedding is strapless and my arms need a lot of work I need to get on this one too.

Today we start walking 30 minutes/day. I walk a lot for work but I need to incorporate this into family time as additional walk time.

As always...MORE WATER!
