Hi— Nurse? Me too. Retired, but you know, you never really get to retire. If you can survive nights at the VA— you got this. Seriously crazy bunch of people here, but fun and on the same journey of learning and trying to figure out what works for them to enable them to live a little healthier lifestyle. Welcome on board

I’m a night shift nurse too and it makes dieting tricky!

In 44 years I only worked nights once—- for a year. It was the constant infusion of sugar and caffeine that kept us going.

Ty all. I don't eat while I'm at work- it makes me tired. But when I get home I throw down. I have a free gym at the hospital- just need to get my ass in it lol. Thank you for the support❤

My advise! Use the restroom every 2 hours - nurses don’t take the time to do this either! Causes plumbing issues when you get older! LOL! I speak from experience! Thank you for being a nurse❣️❣️❣️

I loved every single second of the 44 years I worked. I learned so much from patients and got so much more from them than visa versa.
