Did very badly today. My husband left his trail mix out...and instead of putting it away...I ate the last of it...

On top of that today I am just famished! I think it's because I let myself finish off a pie I made Thursday night.

It was a low-point pie, but it was too much food at one sitting, and now I'm hungry all the time.

ARGH!

Sounds like you "stretched out" your stomach (like the WW illustration of the ballon that deflates when you are hungry and enlarges when you fill it - i.e."eat"). The same thing happened to me this week. On Thursday I craved BLT's so I "saved" my points for the day and made BLT's out of light bread, turkey bacon (I baked it) lettuce (free), tomato (free) and light mayo - by the time it was all ready, I had eaten so light all day I was starved -I am embarrassed to say I ate 2 and a half BLT sandwiches! (all in my points range though!) But the next day I was soooo hungry all day. Maybe that is the same thing that happened to you? I learned from that - spread out the food all day if you cn - even if you eat an apple, banana or a cup of yogurt every 2 hours or so. Just don't get into the severe hunger-then-binge situation. I am trying to do the same. Good luck!

I should have just tossed the damn pie. I must break the ingrained part of me that says, "Don't waste food!" I'm trying very hard not to raise my son that way. I don't plan to make him clean his plate...however, he won't get to eat other "junk" instead of his dinner! Right now, I'm just trying to convince him to eat something other than baby food (or junk)!
