Made a typo... argh! Five days ago my weight was 173.6 kgs and today is 172.3 so lost 1.3 kgs but I messed up my chart and I am all frustrated now, stupid typing fingers!
379.9 lb Lost so far: 26.7 lb.    Still to go: 115.3 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
