I was up to 295lbs yesterday, didn't bother logging it as I thought everyone would freak and I knew it was just water-weight. Up all night peeing, which seems to be a thing for me lately, and we're 6lbs lighter. Going as I am from fasting to Carb Nites and back, I'm pushing extremes. We're seeing the adaptability of the body though so all good :-) I'm tired today, got hospital for my thyroid eyes this afternoon so got things to do sadly.
