BF 38.7% (-3.4 lbs). ( Fully dressed to boot lol) Yay finally! I have a freedom day tomorrow so will do my best to burn that off before next weigh in lol.
161.0 lb Lost so far: 45.8 lb.    Still to go: 26.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
