So, I found one flaw with the golden rules of eating...

...It really doesn't work so well with cold cereal! :D I got up early to be at work by 6 this morning, and I am sooo tired! I'm going to try and go to the gym today, and I'll definately walk during my lunch break. I brought soup for lunch today, so I won't be tempted by my co-workers, who are so fond of take-out.

Now, if I only had time to take a nap!

I found it worked ok with cold cereal but you have to be willing to have your cereal be a little soggy by the end with all of that conscious chewing! Good plan to go to work armed with your own healthy food. Take-out is ok once in a while but some people practically live on it! I hope your energy levels get better so your day won't drag on too much for you.

My cereal was really soggy by the end! That's a sacrifice I'm willing to make though!
