I am sick again with another Cold Virus so I am not fallowing any Eating Plan at the moment. This is my second Virus since Mid September.I am calling the rest of this year a bust and will start back Fresh and New in the New Year.

New Year, fresh start.
215.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 45.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Please don't put it off Franhutchison. Get back on track today with healthy, portion-controlled (weighed) food choices. You don't need to slog it out in a gym when you're feeling sick but instead can climb just a few stairs, run on the spot, lift a few weights and walk around the block. If you eat lots of protein at every meal you should have energy all day. I started the weight-loss journey at 210 pounds and have slowly lost about forty pounds. Some days I eat at a restaurant or at someone's home and then I eat some treats but the next day I get back to three healthy meals and no snacking. It's a lifestyle change rather than a diet so maybe you can adjust a few things at a time right away rather than "go on a diet" in January.
