whats everyones view on carbs? best time to eat them? i didnt have any for breakfast stayed full longer but found myself craving them. had low cal but high carb lunch now very full and bloated and find myself thia way at night. be interested to see how and when you have yours and why?

I’ve decided try and eat one meal with carbs and 2 with minimal amount. I haven’t yet worked out how many grams my body is happy with burning off but I’ll get there. Keeping the ratio around 40% looks ok though. 😘

i will try that i love bread in the morning but just have one slice and upped protein

I generally have porridge oats soaked overnight (picture on my profile) or a Slim Fast shake. Bread leaves me bloated. 😘
