Getting ready..goood Friday mornin..to head to London...in zwift..wake up them endorphins....get this day started out right...had breakfast..along with my coffee...jug no zip from that...I’m thinking some how they sucked the caffeine out of caffeine coffee...

Scales get here at 3 pm...new toy to set up....

Each day it’s getting colder..and I hate it.seems like every year my body takes longer to get into the winter mode...Xmas is almost here...flat screen tv will be an early present to me...seems like Xmas always comes in November...stuff just seems to break early....a good thing...the sales are on...bad thing Xmas comes early...

Welp...need to get up and move move move....zwift is waiting...London here I come....

Have a great Friday..

Hi Gaelicgal...injuries seem to happen to us all..older we get...seems like we don’t heal like we did as kids...takes time and persistence....
