Decided to break from dieting and just try to maintain for a while. As long as I stay below 180, I'm happy. I've been having some medical problems and have had 2 ER visits this week because of extreme pain, swelling, nausea and dizziness. The doctors aren't sure what's causing my pain, but they have narrowed it down to two possibilities--adhesions from cesarean scar tissue or post-cesarean endometriosis. Either way, it's very painful, and it's looking like surgery will be the way to relieve my pain. Really don't want that!! My appt. with ob/gyn is 9/28 and hopefully then we will know what to do. I plan on getting back on the diet wagon the beginning of October, praying there will be a solution to my medical issues by then. In the meantime, I am watching what I eat to maintain, but not being all gung-ho about it, and not making an effort for a loss. I had gained three lbs over the weekend from swelling, but have then lost 4 lbs this week from lack of appetite. Anyway, I will still be checking in occasionally and read journals when I can, but I just don't have the strength or energy to be faithful right now. Got too much to deal with and don't have the available stress!! Hope everyone's had a successful week, I'm still rooting for all of ya'll even if I don't send ya a comment. Love you guys!! <3
