Yep it is 1am and I am hungry (of course I'm finally hungry when i can't eat). I went and saw Iron Man 2 earlier and was hungry (but I hate popcorn and am not much of a candy person...so no food there)...I knew I should've had a snack before I left and I believe it is just too late to eat now :( Grumble Grumble. Trainer worked me hard today, I'm sore, but I"m still going to try to do some pilates tomorrow. Can't stop now, gotta get my body in fat burning mode...still need to eat more calories though. Tomorrow I will see if I can get in 5 small meals...I'm sure that would help. Hopefully by the end of the month I can burn off at least 2lbs a week.
