So I'm loving this whole challenge thing. Whenever I need motivation I think of the shame I will feel when I have to report to my teammates that I didn't work out hard enough. Nope, not going to happen. I won't be the person to keep BABU far from home.
I've significantly cut back on carbs but I didn't adhere 100% to Atkins. I finally decided to strictly follow the induction phase so I can see quick results and stay as motivated as I've been in the past weeks. I'm already feeling the fuzzy feeling, how long does that last?
