My metabolism is as high as it will get. I am losing weight on 5500 junk cals+. I have attached 3 pics below

So did I learn anything. The answer is yes. Firstly it is important to have a plan. I currently do not have a plan and take things hap hazardly. Luckily I am on FS so that enables me to reflect and everyday I do not take corrective action I feel guilty which is good. Need to jump back on to the wagon.
