Finally I have started losing weight and i can tell you for free this works 100% no its not expensive and you dont have to go crazy working out.
So here is a million dollar secret.
1. I eat porridge (honey flavour) in the morning and afternoon. 2. I walk 30min to station in the morning, 45min at lunch which reduce my apitite and makes me active. 3. when i walk i walk with my butt meaning i use big upper muscles to move my body trust me it will burn fat like there is no tomorrow
Dinner time i eat normal indian curry with rice but not so much that i feel bloated.
