Got up early to shovel sand lol 😝 for one hour 🤔 = 372 calories burned. But I’m really doing things like this to keep up my strength and trying to exercise different ways instead of weight training, biking, etc. Actually could gain 3-4 lbs. if I had enough appetite. 🤨
