i was sick yesterday. half of the day didn't eat..evening was a fish and tomato salad with slice of pineapple. not a keto. and little piece of cake. and steam sauna for an hour. today +700gm. wow. what happens? ok. today a lot of water and right food. but I feel not good still. got a cold.
180.3 lb Lost so far: 13.7 lb.    Still to go: 26.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
