I went over my points yesterday and was wondering if it will help my weight-in saturday to cut out 20 points from today for the 20 over points I ate yesterday. Maybe just some Fruits and vegetables. Something like this for today.
Breakfast:
1 1/2 cups strawberries

Snack:
1 green apple

Lunch:
3 grilled zuccine

Snack:
1 peach

Dinner:
boiled califlower with salt & pepper
1 cup melon

total points 5 points.

Also 1 1/2 hour walking and 30 minutes on the mini-stepper.

Don't do it! It'll backfire come the nighttime. How many points did you go over? How about you just stick to being consistent w/your workouts this week (be careful not to over do it)and cut back on 2-3 points everyday for this upcoming week?
