Who knew a meal at Dairy Queen on a blazing hot day would contain ALL of my calories for the day! Isn't that awesome? That's what I get for not paying attention or consulting Fat Secret on my phone! I suppose it was my wake up call. I have been a bit down lately because I'm not seeing the scale change like I wanted to. I'm so proud of my boyfriend for losing 40lbs already! He's doing so good! I spoke to a friend last night that told me I need to stop worrying about everyone else and focus on myself. I spend all of my time trying to make others happy when I should be putting myself first. I have placed post-its all over my house, reminding me to work out and put myself first. Hopefully this will be enough to get me back on track. I can do this...I just have to keep telling myself that.

The focus should be on you and figuring out what works best for you. Which unfortunetly can take awhile, but don't give up and a bad day or snack doesn't have to sabitoge your whole day.

I know. All the foods I love are that way haha. Just stick to it. Diet is a law of averages. One blip in the data does not a trend make.
