Can there be a calorie deficit from a fast food restaurant?
It must have been the good weather we've been having. But who could have predicted the line at Chipotle would be so long? It wrapped around the inside of the restaurant and out through the front door. Not only did I get extra "exercise" (yeah, right) standing the whole time, but by the time I brought my dinner home, I ran out of time to finish eating. (I have a 7:00 a.m. appointment for a fasting blood test tomorrow.)
Moral of the story: plan ahead!
Instead of not finishing my 315 calorie burrito bowl (with fajitas, barbacoa, salsa, cheese & lettuce), I could have stood outside of the Cheesecake Factory complete with a piece of cheesecake and NOT eaten that instead!
Oh, wait. On second thought, they may not have had a long line.
