Well i ended up with wicked blisters on my feet from this weekend and can't get any cardio in. I can't even put on my shoes. So I guess I have a couple of days of forced vacation. Argg!!!!!!!!!!

try yoga, you don't need shoes!! keep moving!! you can do it!! sorry you are hurting tho!

I agree with cindyshine, yoga is great for toning and strengthing the core. Also you could try sit ups and weight training. And Housework is great exercise!!! Hang in there, hope your feet feel better soon.

Get on the floor and do some really GREAT stretches....! Build your flexibility....and take it slow on the walking when the feet heal...build yourself up slowly....You CAN do this! GO TEAM NAVIGATORS>>>>>huggies....Deb
