Well, I set my goal for 4 pounds this week and only lost 2. I guess I was aiming a bit too high! Especially since I haven't been working out consistantly. I have been following the diet 100% though! My first true test is the wedding that I will be attending this weekend. I know I will pass! My goal for next week is 3 pounds.

You're doing great~!! I find that when I make leek soup it really helps me lose weight. With mushrooms,aspargras,lentils -orange~!! I dropped fast~! God Bless Bella

oops by the way getting under 200 always seems hard for me~! Then after I get past that 200 mark it come off easier~!! Keep up the great work~!!

Hey Jadenby, I try to only weigh in officially once a week. I only lost 1 pound last week. I know if will lose more this week. I weigh in on Thursday. Thanks for keeping me straight!
