我今早體重是51.2,運動完後吃早餐前好奇量了一下出現之前有過的新低點50.4真是莫名其妙😓😓😓

運動完流汗啊,體重都會更輕,我之前每次🥊完流很多汗,洗澡前都會量來爽一下~

可能吧!因為我已經換回早上量體重時的衣物然後再量的體重,不過沒多久的時間體重又彈回到50.9還是在未吃早餐前😂😂😂
