Holy Cow! How am I losing this weight without working out? It's actually kind of scary. I'm going to try to start working out again tomorrow morning and see how I feel throughout the day. I don't want to over push and re-hurt myself. Sooo close to breaking that 200lb mark!
201.4 lb Lost so far: 26.6 lb.    Still to go: 56.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 11.2 lb a week

I found that changing diet makes a bigger impact than just working out and eating the same thing. Good job!

@Theblurch that's what everyone has been telling me! I'm the type of person that can eat the same thing over and over for awhile without getting tired of it (probably because I'm lacking on the cooking skills). I didn't realize it would work this well.
