Moved earlier this year and still can’t find my scale. I’ve discovered this is a good thing for me - I think I was developing an unhealthy relationship with it. Instead I will weigh myself on the work scale in the building I work at on Fridays. Maybe this will help me focus on my health and consistent eating habits on a more long-term / permanent basis.
