Just a journal entry for myself On April 9, 2012, I made a commitment to make changes, and today marks five months. Although it sounds diametrically opposed to each other, it seems like just yesterday I started on this journey, yet it seems like I've been eating healthier forever.39.4 pounds lost; 1.8 pounds per week over 22 weeks; BMI from 29.8 to 22.6.
