Here is a first observation: in the past 4 or 5 months, most of my weekly weight gain, took place during weekends. Going out, having friends at home, etc., did not help. As I write these lines, this weekend is almost over here in Greece (we are 7 hours ahead of US East Coast). We had guests, we went out, but the discipline was there. And that's a first win for Fatsecret. And for me. Thank you FS.
One more little thing. I have observed since this morning (23.5) that an entry has taken place for tomorrow 24.5 (!) indicating I was back to 108 kilos - when this morning I was 107,6 and since I have done so well during the day. That's some kind of error that hopefully I'll be able to fix tomorrow - since the system doesn't allow me to change 24.5 data from tonight!
