Today is first day of the ultra simple diet. It began with olive oil and lemon. I managed not to throw up.

Then we I had to take a bunch of pills, which pills tend to make me acidy, so they did.

Preparing the ultrashake was a little scary. I put in a handfull of ice because I assumed ice+shake = better. WRONG. The ice made it so much harder to get down and the fruit was already frozen. Not to mention that the flax oil was easy to detect. The scary part was as my blender started to die... Next time I'll just add things in :P

I made it to lunch where I had just a little brown rice from the night before. This is my "belladona" brown rice. I had unwittingly added the organic veggie broth that has tomatoes in it.

Then I made the ultrabroth, which smells not so good. Its still on the stove. Oof. Rough day so far.
191.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 26.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
