As stated two days ago I would list my daily workout routines. Here is Monday's

Monday Morning Workout in this order.
1. 5 min Fitness blender warmup: https://www.fitnessblender.com/videos/warm-up-workout-routine-cardio-warm-up-exercises

2. Bench: 5 sets (1 min rest between sets) of 5 reps 153 lb (3 min rest), 163 lb 7 reps

3. Fitness Blender 10 Min Advance Plank WO: https://www.fitnessblender.com/videos/warm-up-workout-routine-cardio-warm-up-exercises

4. Pull up pyramid, chin to door header, unweighted (1 min rest between sets): 7,8,9,10,11,11,10,9,8,7

5. Min Fitness Blender Intense Ab WO (17 min): https://www.fitnessblender.com/videos/six-pack-burn-out-intense-abs-workout

6. Bench 123 lbs 18 reps

7. Triceps: Lay face down on bench using 22lb dumbbells and extend forearm backwards for 3 sets; use side of bench for 3 sets of forearm extensions; lastly do 25 diamond pushups. All sets with 1 min rest in between.

8. Fitness Blender 5 min Cooldown: https://www.fitnessblender.com/videos/quick-cool-down-stretch

9. Average time 1:40, and approx. 660 cal for a 160 lb guy. I think the calories are much higher, FitBit doesn’t like to record calories during pullups.
