Whew! So, I graduated! And that means I have more time to dedicate to getting in better shape, and hopefully I can finally kick the energy drink habit! To do that, I'm going to switch to coffee for a while (no use going off caffeine cold turkey) and start taking a vitamin supplement, since I was getting some of my B vitamins from the Rockstar drinks before. So. We'll see how things go!
I want to try to cut carbs to a much lower percentage of my diet than they have been up to this point. Ideally, somewhere around 45%.
