Day 3: I screwed up big I gained 3 pounds after eating the triple X at fatburger and pastor fries at Toco el Gordo! Now I will have to fast to detox again...
Day 4: Back on it. I am still at the weight I need to be in order to get to 165 in the time I want. I will need to push hard again in order to get ahead like I was. 27 more days. Fasting today and pushing hard!
