I used to frequently be so tired in the morning that I would be on the edge of dozing off. This hasn't been an issue since I started changing my eating habits. I didn't notice the improvement until today.

I'm half dozing again this morning, but the baby woke up early and wouldn't go back to sleep combined with being sick probably accounts for the difference.
177.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 27.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
