My allergies are kickin' my butt this week. I think there's some type of pollen over here that I'm not used to & obviously very allergic too. I've been keeping my window closed for the past couple of days b/c it's been pretty cool & raining on & off. But it hasn't even been a week since I've washed my bedding & I'm going to have to again. I had my window open for 2 days straight at the beginning of the week & today I woke up w/ a rash all over BOTH my legs. Haven't had an allergic reaction of that magnitude since the summer of '03. And I've noticed (over the last few weeks) that my allergies only get really bad when I lay down in bed. Talk about a HUGE pain in the butt!!

It's up in the air right now if I'll go to the park to get my 6 miles in. (I'm not even sore from yesterday, YAY!!) There isn't much of a breeze, but having to take my Zyrtec & Benedryl today, I don't want to go out there have everything flair up big time. Idk. I didn't think I was going to go yestersay & I did (and my allergies did flair up in the last 30 mins of the walk). I cannot wait till I can use the gym again!! I miss my elliptical, lol = )

I've decided to experiment w/ calories. I'm eating more today, adding more carbs (I will try to not feel guilty or stress so much over this). I think I really need to have my calories flux everyday to get things to move along more. I don't really get to vary much food all that much since my mom buys the food, so I have to make due w/ what I have & it generally is always the same thing. Hopefully since warmer weather is just about upon us, she'll start buying fresh fruits & veggies (something that is RARE in this household & I REALLY hate that). I can't wait to be out of her house again & in control of my food/groceries again!!
