So I just weighed my self at curves, slightly depressing yet up lifting. Weight is down one pound, but body fat is down ALOT. And my boobs have shrunk!!! But my arms and thighs have grown half an inch. GRRRR Yes I want to tone but apparently I am gaining more muscle I dont need.
191.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Remember that the more muscle you have the faster you burn the fat!!!! don't worry about bulking up its probably only a temp thing and they will start to define and look beautiful
