felt like I totally bombed a job interview and was super depressed as a result...had beer,made brownies..ate the brownies, had more brownies with ice cream and wine....still got my workout in this morning but definitely felt the effects of sugar and alcohol. It's okay. It happens. probably still going to have brownies until there's none left in the house...healthy body always feels unhealthy food...It's a good thing I suppose. I'll give it the weekend, next week is a new week.
