Today is one week without a scale. . . I feel a bit free! I'm feeling better eating better foods and at this point feel like jumping on the scale every day would sabotage that feeling. It is also so great to be doing this with my husband.

Good for you!! I have a hard time getting rid of the scale, I am thinking of moving it to a different room so I don't think about it as much. Feeling better is definitely a plus of eating well so keep up the good work! I hope you and your husband do great!!

Thx mars! Thynes, I don't think I could have avoided it on my own, hubby suggested we not weigh in til our weigh in days at the hospital, so I told him he'd have to hide the scale from me, lol. It's nice to not think about it.
