I felt hungry today. I have been doing pretty well with less than 1400calories and not feeling empty. Today I prepared one of my favourite desserts: plantain cake (142kcal per portion). It will be a test of restraint as my son -who lives with me- does not like sweets. Have not weighed myself, I plan to do it monthly or fortnightly as do not want to be a slave of the scales. As long as I stick to a healthy intake I trust I’ll be fine. Planning to do about an hour of walking tomorrow too.
