Hi Everyone~!! Down 5 lbs since starting this diet~!! Yeah~!! I can't believe I found a diet that actually works for me~! I'm so excited. I've tried so many diets and exercised and it didn't work this one sure does~!! I'm very thankful~! I can't wait to be under 200. You know the weight kinda just creeps up on you and then before you know it your at a size you didn't want to be~!! Good bye 16's Ü I look at my old 7 & 9's they look so tiny now. Funny thing is I thought I was fat then...nope Ü Thanks for all the support it means alot to me~!!
